Privacy & cookies
Updated 13 October 2026
This school website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Cookies and saved plans
The private school manager uses a session cookie named yangshuo_review to keep administrators signed in and protect their actions. It is a functional session cookie, configured to expire when the browser session ends. Ordinary public browsing does not use this manager cookie.
If you choose “Save my plan,” your stay choices and dates are saved in your browser’s local storage under yangshuo-stay-plan. This is stored on your device, is not sent to the school by the Save action and remains until you delete it or clear your browser data. It is read only when you choose to restore your plan.
Enquiries and reviews
Enquiry drafts are prepared in your browser. The school receives your enquiry when you send it using your chosen email or messaging service. Use the school contact section to ask about your enquiry or request a correction or removal of a published review.
Hosting and external services
Hosting and security infrastructure may process connection details such as your IP address, request time and browser information to serve and protect the website. These technical details are separate from advertising tracking.
Links to Google, Amazon, WhatsApp and other services open external websites. Those services have their own privacy and cookie policies. The school’s PDF guides and photographs are hosted on this website.
If advertising or tracking tools are added in future, this explanation and any necessary consent controls will need to be updated.
Cookie
